Here's the thing - the dentist and the hygienists are absolutely fantastic. The issue comes with the front desk staff. Personality-wise they're fantastic, but they have nearly constant issues with insurance. For the few times I went there, they submitted claims incorrectly which were subsequently denied. This happened with almost every single visit to them. From an implant/crown to an extraction for my son, the insurance claims weren't put in correctly and were denied, causing me to come out of pocket for the entire amount a year plus later. I first noticed the issue when I asked them to put in for approval for a procedure and it was denied multiple times. When I contacted my insurance to ask why i was informed it was incorrectly submitted. I relayed that information and the staff informed

Topnotch. Dentist and staff are great. Showed up (on time) and was nearly immediately called. Distractions are great (ceiling mounted screen with fish). Hygienist used highly focused forehead mounted light and magnifiers to minimize light in eyes and improve his view. I like that.

I’m never one to write reviews but I had to share my amazing experience. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff, to being taken back by my wonderful hygienist Mandy, and the care received from Dr. Percy. I was 6 months pregnant at my appointment and my hygienist Mandy truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. Her personality was extremely welcoming. I’m so happy I found my new home dentist! This is the best experience I have ever had.
