Rubikon PT and Performance Coaching

I’ve been working with John at Rubikon Therapy and he’s easily one of the best in the city. I came in dealing with a stubborn ankle issue and after a dry needling session with electrical stimulation, the difference was insane. The stability, mobility, and pain levels all improved fast. This past week I was able to run about a mile to and from the gym in Austin with no major pain, and that’s something I haven’t been able to do comfortably in a while. He also gave me practical advice on the rehab work I needed to keep doing on my own, and it’s been spot on. Even after the session he checks in and actually cares about how things are progressing. I truly believe that if I hadn’t found Dr. White at Rubikon PT, I would probably be in a boot today. Before coming here, I saw three different doctors who all gave me the same diagnosis and recommended surgery. Each one provided a set of stretches that I followed faithfully, but nothing made a difference. Then I found Dr. White, and everything changed. The pain I’d been struggling with for nine long months finally started to ease, and after just six sessions it was almost completely gone.
