He truly goes the extra mile to meet his patients’ needs. He’s an excellent doctor — an active listener, very experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. Check in was fast and minimal. I waited only about 5 minutes before Dr. Philips came in. He read and discussed my concerns with me calmly, assessed my vital signs and asked how else he could be of service.
