Great experience. My doctor and hygienist were very kind and professional. The best part is that they made me a part of the process and explained everything. I felt seen and heard. Also very nice staff, quick scheduling, and hardly any waiting.

Five stars for Dr. Ron Logan and Christy my hygienist! I only saw Dr. Arnold once in the approx 3 years I've been going here. Beware of scheduling. I scheduled 3 months in advance for my periodontal cleaning and bone density exam, which is necessary for my elderly receding gums and trying to save the health of my gums and teeth. I honored my appointment, showed up on time, never called to cancel, mentally prepared myself for pain at 9:10 am, drove from out of town 2 hours for my appointment and planned my work/travel routine around my appointment. When I arrived, I was informed they had given my appointment away. I was told it was because I didn't "confirm" my appointment so "they double booked it". I want to share my experience honestly and respectfully. I spent nearly a year looking for a trauma-informed dentist, and I came to this office hopeful because several staff members made me feel comfortable beforehand — especially Amber #2, whose kindness and warm eyes truly put me at ease. Sarah (with an H) was also very gentle and respectful during my appointment, and I’m grateful for both of them. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit was painful. After my X-rays, the dentist, Dr. Brandt, never came in to speak with me directly. Instead, assistants came in to tell me they “couldn’t do anything” and that my mast cell disorder could make medications unsafe. I fully respect safety concerns — they are real — but it hurt that Dr. Brandt didn’t speak to me face-to-face, explain his reasoning,

Dr Arnold is the absolute best!! I have extreme anxiety and during my visit Dr Arnold and his staff were very patient passionate and considerate. Dr Arnold is very educated and experienced. Dr Arnold and his staff make sure you are aware of every step of the procedure and that is very helpful.

The experience with Dr. Arnold and his beautiful talented caring assistant Ally was reassuring, comforting and feeling grateful. The experience is unique with the latest tech but still personal touch was there. Clean and organized facility . Thank you Dr. Arnold 👌😎
