Ashley Flowers Family Dentistry/ Sparta Smiles

What a great experience! Husband was brought in as an emergency this morning after awakening with a slight toothache. Called at 9:30 & they got him in at 11 am. Office staff was amazing, kind, and HAPPY. It's apparent that they all are doing something they love. Office is immaculately clean! We are in the process of moving to Sparta and this will definitely be our dentist!

Dr. Flowers and her team have done such a wonderful job with my daughter’s braces, providing lots of additional support and care along the way. Lots of personal touches that make the process easier for everyone. Gerson Cuevas has been super helpful particularly. We highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this calls for one. My mom had a cavity that was filled by this office, the filling fell out. when calling to make an appointment to ask if she can be seen, for a possible abscess tooth as an emergency they said if she was in as much pain as she claims to be in she needed to just go to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care if she was in as much pain as she claimed to be in. They wouldn’t even call her in an antibiotic. They didn’t even take accountability for their own mistake and try to get her in like any other dentist office would. I too have a cavity that needs filled, I can’t wait until September so I called a different dentist to take care of my filling sooner than they could offer and because I chose to do this on the same day that they refused to see

I have had quite a bit of dental work completed at Ashley Flowers Family Dentistry. Dr. Flowers and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and have always gone above and beyond to ensure that I understand the procedure that I am undergoing and that I am physically comfortable during every procedure. They have also been very responsive to unusual dental issues I have encountered outside of business hours. I have been very happy with the practice in general and the great dental services I have received and would definitely recommend them to others.

My wife experienced a minor dental issue last Sunday. We called Dr. Flowers and left a message knowing the office was closed on a Sunday; received a phone call at 7:15 Monday morning; had an appointment at 12:45 that afternoon. I should mention that we are not full time Alleghany County residents and were not established patients at the office. Thank you Dr. Flowers for exemplary patient care.
