Lotus Village Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Greatful. My overall veiw of Lotus Village is absolutely Greatful for the compassionate staff. Housekeeping does an amazing job. It's obvious that these people are professionals that LOVE their jobs. I truly do thank God my family member is in your facility .He has gotten so much more healthier. I pray continually for the wonderful staff and all the residents to be blessed beyond belief. Thank you just isn't enough but I truly am thankful 🙏 💓

The CNAs, CRNAs, PRNs, PCAs, RNS and receptionists were so wonderful and accommodating. I visited my Aunt and we were very graciously welcomed. Seeing my Aunt was such a joy especially because of all that you do. Thank you for protecting the people we love.

Visited my mother in Memory Care Unit, she was very clean , listening to 50’s music in the dining room and awaiting lunch, I brought things to do her hair and nails, but they were already done! She is cared for and content! Thank you Taylor , I know you did her hair!

I am editing my review to add: The Administrator I have recently spoken with has been proactive in helping me resolve the concerns I have with my LOs care. She has been helpful, supportive and responsive when I’ve spoken with her. Although we are still facing issues, the frequency of these events have decreased significantly and I am much happier with the actions now being taken to resolve them! I’m only giving 2 stars because there are only a few RNs/CNAs that have actually been decent since my loved one has been a resident at this facility. My LO is paralyzed and unable to ambulate by themself. They were told yesterday “I’m not getting you up, it ain’t going to happen.” and my LO was left in bed all day and night. Today, my LO was gotten up out of bed around 11am and at 8pm they are sti

The worst place I've ever been too! They will not help you,I hit my call button and it took 45 minutes for them to come and help me, it would have been Longer but I went and got someone to help me! They will not change your wound bandage like they should or administer your meds like they should!! This place is a joke!!!! And should be shut down! I've only been here 4 days and they forgot my dinner tray! 2 young girls came by and said, you didn' no supper well we brought you one and we don't even work here!! I ask for coffee and a young girl brought me some sugar and another girl came by And gave me some creamer I never got the coffee!!!!!!!
