Cannot get your records from her. Cannot call her. Text or email only. Saw her for exams and requested print out for school and camp. *system broken* will get back to you. Email every few weeks. No response. Will not forward records to other doctors office. Has been in home garage since pandemic. Takes payment but won't send referrals or give records. Don't believe she has an operating system to do anything but take your money any more. Having extreme difficulties getting children moved to other doctors offices due to refusal of cooperation.

Dr O is kind, caring, and listens. She has made a huge difference for my whole family when other doctors failed us. Most of all she is excellent at what she does AND, unlike most doctors these days, takes the time to listen to ALL our concerns and explain things. I highly recommend her.

The BEST doctor EVER! Listens to patients needs and concerns. Was able to figure out what was going on with me when no one else could. She's smart and will tell you how it is and to the point! I highly recommend!

Dr. Oteri is a fantastic family doctor that truly cares for the health and well being of her patients. We are so blessed that we were recommended to her and she was able to take our family.

Does not accept insurance and does not always provide receipt for services rendered to submit to insurance companies. We lost out on $250+ that insurance should have covered from our yearly checkups and other visits. If you do use Dr. O, ensure you receive your receipt BEFORE you pay and refuse unless she gives you the receipt.
