If I could leave a -0 review I would. My mother is there and the care is so terrible and unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this. My mom voiced a few concerns to me over a 2 wk period. The last one was about a nurse named Jamie,she was very unprofessional,dressed in street clothes. My mom voiced her concerns and was told "We've received MULTIPLE complaints about her but we're short staffed" HA! My mom has MS and broke her leg. JAMIE left my mother on the toilet for an hr while my mother heard her talking to her friends about club plans for the weekend. I called and asked to speak to someone in charge, a receptionist told me she was in charge. When I said I wanted to voice a concern she asked "well...WHO IS UR MOTHER" RUDE AND LOUD. I told her to which she responded "she'

If I could leave zero stars I would! Dirty facility. Staff are unprofessional and don’t care about the residents. Administration and owners only care about money and don’t care about residents needing supplies. Don’t put your loved on in any 603 locations

The tour of The Elms in Milford was a very positive experience. The environment was warm and welcoming from the start. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. All questions were answered patiently, and the staff made everyone feel at ease. The interactions between staff and residents were positive and heartwarming. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The attention to detail and commitment to a home-like environment were appreciated. Overall, the tour of The Elms exceeded expectations. The facility provides exceptional care and a supportive environment for its residents. The Elms is highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality nursing home.

I am a current resident and I think the nurses are very nice and helpful except for that my roommate has a habit of turning his TV on very loud and I complained to the social worker and she said she would let the unit manager know to take care of that well nothing seems to have been done and I’m kind of upset that I’m paying for this. My brother and his wife came to visit and we could barely hear each other. Other than that it’s ok. - and this is an update I texted the number you see below in the reply and there was no response as I expected.

My mother in law was at the elms.it was her 3rd facility that she was in. By far the best. The staff and atmosphere is so welcoming. Mckenzie and all the folks communicate so well and they treat your family member like they are their own. My mother in law loved being there. Would recommend them highly.
