Crestwood Center

Great staff. My dad was given a room after he had a stroke and was sent to hospital. Extended rehab necessary. And here is where he came. We are a large caring family. We visited often at hospital. And now we do the same here. The staff is patient kind caring and I am grateful to those who see him and care for him daily. His condition has changed. He needs more care from professional staff with support From all of us in His family. There are 9 of his children. His sister and caring nephews Add in the in laws. Grandchildren. Great grandchildren Again I am so grateful you are keeping him safe. Thank you all at this fantastic location

I'd like to say Crestwood Center is very clean, and the staff is respectful. the Ann M. Which is an LPN went above and beyond trying to find something for my family to eat due to him not able to eat his dinner ( Ham n cheese sandwich) Also his bed wheels didn't lock very well Ann M did whatever she could to make it safe for him to get in and out of bed safely. She is a very caring LPN and I definitely can feel she loves what she does she has a sweet soft voice she's a very sweet LPN all together. She definitely loves what's she does and you can just feel she passionate about her job. We need more people like her in this world to take care of our loved ones. My wife spent a few weeks of rehab at Crestwood. I visited her multiple times daily and was able to observe her treatment each day. Our and her experience there was excellent because of the kindness and attentiveness of the staff…all provided her with concern and respect. Though the facility is a bit dated, the most important element of her stay was the positive attitude of each and everyone of the staff there for which our family is thankful and grateful.

I came to the facility for future volunteering. Everyone was exceptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Ms. April requested that fill out precautionary / safety paperwork for the resident’s safety. Crestwood Center was the second elderly facility I visited. The other home was okay, but Crestwood was head and shoulders better.

The staff at Crestwood has consistently been friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. Wonderful people. The facility could use an upgrade - nothing expensive but it’s beginning to look and feel a bit worn. And dated. The staff at Crestwood are exceptional
