I called White Glove when I suspected I had strep throat. The nurse came to my house and administered the test, and it was positive. She said she would call an antibiotic in to my pharmacy. 7 hours later after I called her 3 or 4 times to tell her the pharmacy still did not have my prescription, she said she still hadn't called it in. To say the least, it was an unpleasant experience to wait all day with worsening strep symptoms to find out the nurse had never called the prescription in. I ended up going to Minute Clinic and paying $120 for an exam and another strep test. After several calls to White Glove, they refunded my payment for the visit but were rude about it and offered no apology. The woman who called to tell me about my refund even hung up on me. Completed my online profile at 6:45 am and requested a visit. Received a call by 7:15 and scheduled an appointment for 9 am the same day. Fast, friendly, and cost-effective--especially for parents who don't want to take a half-day off work.

They don't answer their phone, they don't return phone calls. Do they even exist?
