White Marsh Pharmacy

I called here to inquire about a medication for my husband’s prescription, Since the medication is on backorder with our pharmacy. The pharmacy rep who I spoke with, was very condescending and rude. As I was just inquiring and asking a question, she kept talking over me and would not let me explain the situation. I would not go to this pharmacy, even if they did have my husband’s prescription in stock.

I called White Marsh Pharmacy in hopes of transferring a prescription. The particular prescription I was hoping to move tends to be in short supply, though I've never had a problem getting it from CVS. I had grown tired of the poor customer service at CVS and was hoping to have a more positive experience with a local, non-chain pharmacy. Joke was on me. They refused to tell me whether they accepted the manufacturer savings card, and refused to tell me whether they tend to receive a reliable supply of this medication. I was told, "You have to transfer it first before we tell you." When I expressed concern about this, they acted like they simply didn't care to receive my business. Very disappointing. This is an expensive drug that I pay cash for. I guess I'll keep getting it from CV

My husband and I both work in pharmacy, but I have been taking the same medication for 8+ years and have problems most times I have to fill it. Inventory issues and poor communication at the several pharmacies I've used. Not an issue here. Husband took my prescription here on a whim, hoping to not have to drive to my usual pharmacy and it was the best prescription filling experience we've had in years. Fast, friendly, and no problems. Even if there were issues we strongly feel the pharmacy team would have taken the necessary steps to resolve them. Thank you, we will be back!

Very friendly staff! Very helpful! Never a wait for my medication like Walgreens. They always have my medication in stock. They get to know their customers and always great you! Very much recommend them even if you have another pharmacy you use they will help you transfer your medication.

Never have to worry about them not having any of my medication out of stock. Used Giant for yrs, n always had to wait an extra week or only got a partial fill till stock came in, and I was with them for yrs. White Marsh Pharmacy is the BEST! Staff are absolutely wonderful and pleasant! -Trish
