I was seen in a timely manner. All testing equipment was cleaned and sanitized . All testing/results was explained very thoroughly. I appreciated the Audiologist taking the time to explain all my options. Overall, a very good experience . Highly recommend .

After too many years not being able to hear properly, as a result of professional noise exposure, I was referred to the Center, for a Workers Compensation evaluation. Their results matched that of a full ENT evaluation six months earlier for upper respiratory/hearing concerns. From the initial visit, to the introduction/education regarding the hearing aids, and now follow-up visits to ensure they are working properly for me, has been excellent. I should've pursued my hearing loss a long time ago. However, the Center's attention to detail and patient care has been excellent.

I went for a hearing assessment! They were punctual, courteous and very professional! Explained everything in detail before and afterwards to include what’s covered vs not covered by insurance and follow up appointments! I couldn’t have been happier with services I received at this facility and will definitely be returning!

Excellent process, start to finish. Communication is fantastic, and they make you feel very comfortable. As a health care professional, I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere, as well as the professional process and I haven't been able to hear this well in over 20 years. I can not recommend Dr. Freed enough.
