I have been a patient of Dr. Alisha Singh for several years. She is great, as is the entire practice. She keeps me on the straight and narrow in keeping me on schedule for physicals, follow ups and medication refills. She is consoling, sympathetic and a good listener and also never rushes me and takes her time. The same can be said for the techs and receptionists. Very helpful and courteous.

She is compassionate and pays attention to your medical history and symptoms to really understand how to best help you. The office also offers easy online scheduling and provides telehealth appointments that are super convenient! I can't recommend Dr. Alisha Singh and the staff at First Medical Associates enough if you're looking for a primary care doctor.

The bedside manner could be improved by going beyond the minimum requirements. It is essential to ensure that patients feel acknowledged and understood. Additionally, actively working towards finding effective solutions to their concerns would greatly enhance their experience.

This was my first visit and my first time meeting Dr. Anita Kunwar, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Kunwar was professionally friendly — warm, respectful, and genuinely happy to see me. She made me feel comfortable right away. She was also very patient in explaining my condition, taking the time to make sure I fully understood everything regarding my health and overall well-being. I was especially impressed that she personally took the time to schedule my additional exams with the specialists, rather than handing the task to the front desk. This level of dedication and attention truly stood out. Overall, it was a great first visit, and I feel very confident continuing my care with her.
