I had the pleasure of being taken back by Jenna, who was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and beyond kind. This was my new patient consultation after previously having work done at another office that unfortunately did not honor their lifetime warranty for my retainers. Jenna made the entire process seamless and reassuring. She carefully walked me through every step: including x-rays, scans, the consultation, payment plan options, and the Invisalign treatment plan we ultimately decided on. From the moment you walk in, the office is beautiful, modern, and so welcoming. The entire team is incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Even though you may see different providers and orthodontic assistants at each visit, every single person is polite, courteous, and makes you feel valued and special. I recently started my orthodontic treatment here, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the very first consultation, the entire team made me feel welcome, informed, and confident about the process. The orthodontist took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, answer all of my questions, and walk me through what to expect at each stage. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized. The staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. I really appreciate how detailed and transparent they are about the treatment timeline and progress. Even though I’m just at the beginning of my journey, I already feel like I’m in great hands.
