The people that do the snow removal stink. After the snowfall on 1/6/2025, the handicap spots on the bottom level were not cleared properly. I took my husband (who is in a wheelchair) to PT on 1/7/2025 and had to pull up to a curb to unload him from our wheelchair van. When leaving he had to go through a couple inches of snow in his power chair to get to the ramp of the van. On 1/8/2025, had another PT appt, but couldn't pull up to curb, so had to take him out of van with ramp in a couple inches of snow. This scenario is really sad and a serious potential liability for the facility. Come on, these people parking here are already disabled are you trying to make them worse? I have pictures that show the poor job.
