Awful Experience This is by far the worst pharmacy in the state Rhode Island. They completely failed to communicate that a prior authorization was required for my medication. I was on the phone with them for two days in a row, and not once did anyone mention this. Now I am on day two without my medicine. What if this had been a heart medication or something for diabetes? The consequences could have been serious. I can’t help but feel that because this is a psychiatric medication, they didn’t put any effort or urgency into helping me. Absolutely unacceptable. I may end up in the emergency room because of this. My suggestion is find a different pharmacy. If I could give them zero stars I would.

When I first started with White Cross Pharmacy and the med Pack team things were great. For some reason as of late they switched their delivery service. Since then it has been the worst possible experience. The new service delivers as late as 9:30 at night. Have had problems with the last 5 deliveries. As far as I'm concerned the new delivery service is useless. Called last night with a problem and the answering service was going to have the pharmacist call me back. His name is Bob. They work till 10 p.m.. Bob never returned the phone call. As far as Bob goes he's as useless as their delivery team. Switching back to Walgreens.

The convenience and ease of getting my husband's many medications has been the best experience. From the first delivery, which was 9 months ago, to present, the driver, billing and box have been on point.
