I’ve been seeing Shannon monthly for almost a year now. She is fantastic for deep tissue work. She a real professional who communicates about your needs beforehand, checks in during, and provides you with anything you might need to be comfortable (tissues, water, makeup wipes). Her space is quiet and free from outside noise, calm, and cozy.

I started going to Shannon for stress relief and neck/shoulder tension. She did a great job focusing balanced pressure in the areas that need the most attention. It was targeted, yet relaxing. Shannon also takes the time to add in extras, like essential oils or heat, if you want! The space is very clean and the ambience is peaceful. This has become a regular part of my self care that I look forward to!
