Lincoln Urgent Care

Brought my sister today for a very urgent issue that required a STAT ultrasound and the receptionist was extremely rude to us, and did not even ask the reason for the visit. There are even 2 question marks on my discharge paper as to why we were there. The next patient walks in who was elderly, and the receptionist had a completely different attitude towards her. Don't come to work if you don't want to be there!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE. The doctor Chelsea Mckiernan and her assistant were extremely kind and professional unlike their team members.

Went in yesterday with an abcess on my jaw. It was sudden, obvious, and horribly painful to the point I can barely speak. I have been to this place once before. They have my photo and insurance information. My card was not in my wallet. I dont know where it went. The receptionist refused to register me or even ask questions. It is the holidays. Lincoln was the least busy place I could have gotten antibiotics. Again, the receptionist refused to let me see anyone. That was 2 o'clock yesterday. All the Er's are full. My own doctor is closed. What a garbage human being. Not even an ounce of empathy. Just a dead eyed stare with a "sorry you dont have your card, not my problem".

Very professional, and knowledgeable staff. I got to visit recently after falling off a step. Each team member from EMT, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT, NURSE PRACTITIONER, XRAY TECH, and Front Desk Check In Mgr. was courteous, friendly, and took the time to make sure I understood the diagnosis, and prognosis for my injury. Went to urgent care for a fractured foot. Each person on staff was professional and friendly. The next morning one of the staff called to see how I was doing. I recommend Lincoln Urgent Care!

I was seen here for a physical in September. Started getting daily calls from Brown Health. Come to find out I owe money to them for a lab test. I was never informed that I could incur an additional charge to another company for anything as I paid $125 for the physical to begin with. Called and talked to someone I'm assuming at the front desk and I was treated very rudely on the phone and told that they can't tell anyone that there could be additional charges anywhere since they wouldn't know how much. I tried telling her that they should have informed me that there's a possibility of an additional charge regardless of knowing how much it might be. Now I'm getting threatened with collection attempts over it. Due to the receptionists piss poor attitude, I will never set foot in this facilit
