Wheatfield Family Dentistry

I recently had to have a filling replaced. The emplyees at the front desk are professional, helpful and very personable. The doctor and her attending work well together, and are a great team. Wheatfield Family Dentistry has been my first choice for 20+ years, and I highly recommend this dental office.

Wonderful Dental practice, the dentists I have met here are professional , friendly and very helpful. I have had extensive work done and I’m very pleased with all of it. From the first visit with Dr Bailey ,I knew she would be a wonderful dentist for me, Dr. Bailey really cared and listened because I had an allergy to Palladium chloride, a material in some dental products, she made sure the material going in my mouth had none of this. She even called the labs herself or made sure we tried other alternatives. Made me feel appreciated and that I was a worth while patient .Other dentists at this practice equally wonderful. The hygienists are friendly and very capable. Front office staff is kind and very helpful .So happy I found this Dental group.

I came for dental implants- I’m a very anxious patient- and Dr. Heppner was fantastic! She and Colleen kept me calm and informed the entire process. The office is very prompt, clean, friendly and accommodating. They helped me get a care credit card with 0% financing to make payment easier. I liked their practice so much that I decided to schedule a cleaning with them. Sydney was awesome, she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and was very nice. She showed me extra things I can do for my oral health, and kept me comfortable (so appreciated with my anxiety). I give them two thumbs up!

The entire practice is 5 stars from the minute you walk in the door. Dentists, hygienists, and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad I made the switch from my previous dentist, and I highly recommend Wheatfield Family Dentistry!

I have never experienced such gross negligence. I was left alone in a room with an inexperienced hygenist, possibly a student, who multiple times admitted that she hadn't done a procedure she was trying to push on me. She left the room on 4 separate occasions to ask a question to someone else who one time came in and told her to skip it since she only watched it being done twice. She was so confused at one point, almost seemed like she was reading from a script and said "this is done every few months or every nine years, I can't remember." I was only there for a check up and cleaning and choose this place for convenience after my long time wonderful dentist retired. She attempted x-rays for 20 minutes but was struggling and again left to go ask for assistance from someone else as I sat the
