I finally went to this office after getting the run around from Dr. Lenahan's office and WNY Dermatology to remove a simple, small mole from my 15 year old daughter's under arm. The other 2 places said she would have to have it removed with anesthesia, it would need stitches, and we would need to see a plastic surgeon. Ha! This mole was TINY and I couldn't believe what they were telling me! They said it would be deemed a surgical procedure and she would have to refrain from all sports for 4 weeks after. I canceled this ridiculous "surgical" procedure, booked an appointment with Empire Dermatology, and 5 minutes later with only numbing my daughter was in and out with a bandaid. They have the worst staff, billing is a scam,, they charge so much and do not tell you how much the spots are for, when you ask for a follow up they charge for a full consultation fee without telling you they let you make appointments without letting you know how much appointments are going to be, just terrible administration , don’t go here if you can avoid It!! This place, lacks all kinds of ethical manners

Colleen has been my Doctor for many years, she is exstreamly knowledgable with & her expertese is amazing she is kind and she always seems to make me smile even laugh at times, she makes me feel taken care of on my visits & the office staff is also kind, which makes it easy to call and ask questions, being that I have cancer it makes life easier seeing a Doctor that truly cares and still makes me smile, She's a Blessing, Thank you Dr. Colleen Vaccaro can't wait to see you and your positive upbeat personality.

Went to the North Tonawanda location this morning and saw Colleen Vaccaro for a concerning spot on my shoulder. She took her time, did not make me feel rushed, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I got there about 10 min before my appointment, very sweet receptionist greeted me, was called back within 5 min, waited in the exam room less than 5 min, and was on my way. Great experience, highly recommend.

The staff was very professional and friendly. My procedure was done in 15 minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommended!
