Dr. “Z” really doesn’t care about listening to patients, all he cares about is his own thoughts on the matter and will not work with you in any way. He is arrogant, doesn’t listen, and didn’t care about my thoughts about my own mouth, he just went right into saying that I “needed” to have 6 of my teeth out and replaced with implants, LOL. Really? Why on earth would I even contemplate such a ridiculous idea?? I couldn’t afford something like that to begin with, not to mention that I would never have any tooth pulled for no real reason. This was the most stressful dental visit I’ve ever had, and I ended up running out in shock, never to return. It’s too bad, because the ladies at the desk are really nice and very helpful, and the woman who did my cleaning was excellent. I don’t know how this

Extremely disappointed and angry. Dr. Z started off kind and communicated well, but that changed. Poor communication, then just assumes you know everything. ( What I did know I learned on YouTube) Also Dr. z had an extremely poor attitude when I said I wasn’t happy (after spending nearly $10,000) that left me in tears for days. “So you just care about aesthetics??” Of course I care, should I not? (That wasn’t the only issue) He was angry that I wasn’t happy with a poorly done job.I highly suggest you avoid this doctor, especially if you’re more sensitive like me. He also sent me off to fix the problem to a place that doesn’t work with patients. They were extremely confused as to why he would send me there. He obviously knew this and was trying to blow me off. Very nice Doc and staff. My first visit here. I had 2 teeth removed. It was fairly painless. Great follow up from them as well. I would definitely recommend them!
