I returned here after many years. I was sad when I had to leave because of my insurance, and glad to see the great service hasn't changed in the years I've been gone. Everyone here is very nice, and I feel like the optometrist and contact lens fitter both worked hard to help me understand my options for my eyes. Highly recommend!

Doctor Julie is the best optician I have ever had. She is willing to go the extra distance to make sure I have a precision prescription. And, her support personnel are excellent as well.

I've been a customer here for 8 years and my experience today made me decide it's finally time to look elsewhere. Honestly avoid this place if you can. The receptionist is rude everytime I'm there for starters. Whether on the phone or when you first arrive she makes you feel like such a burden. Dr Julie Kirchberger and the other doctor is extremely nice and very professional, however it is the experience you will get AFTER seeing them that is an absolutely turn off. One of the salesman, Chuck is THE WORST. Every single time I'm there even if there are other salesman I get stuck with him. He will harass you multiple times if you don't buy glasses there, and he even has said curse words in Italian to my mother when she chose not to get glasses here.
