I highly recommend this office. Was greeted and helped right away and was in a room in no time! Everyone was very professional and super nice. Dr Coats was awesome has a really light hand I felt no pain whatsoever on my root canal!! Thank you to all the Staff will definitely be back for more work!!

I have been coming to this dentist for years I use to love this place and would referrer friends and family here just recently I was feeling mistreated and given false hope. I was informed by front desk and Dr. when dental work was done which was false and switched to years later having me frustrated and stressed. When asked to speak to someone higher up was told I was unable to speak to anyone that I was not authorized to do so only the workers have access to that information. I contacted other locations where I was given the option to get emails to reach higher management. I was seeking understanding and clarity and felt like nothing was being done had to contact the Bell RD Location where I was given the info I needed and resources to handle my dissatisfaction I am very disappointed o

When I go into a dental office I like to see a well organized system that delivers a needed service to all those people who are in need of their services. This they did do and one can not ask for anything more. I intend to see them again and recommend them to any of my friends who are in need of their services

My experience with them is really really good. I would recommend that place to anybody. The ladies there are very sweet, gentle and kind. Thank you guys for everything
