DO NOT GO HERE. I was going in for a cleaning today, but before we started, she asked me about my insurance and if its valid, she confirmed. Not till AFTER THE PROCEDURE WAS OVER, she told me that my benefits have already been maxed out for the year, therefore making me pay in full. With no payment plan, no financial aid, forcing me to pay $280 up front. I complained that it is their job to let me know how much is covered ahead of time, NOT AFTER. Not to mention every time I had a question or needed something, THEY WOULD JUST WALK AWAY and not return for 10 minutes at a time (probably because theres only 3 people working there and barely speak english) Terrible service. I definitely do not recommend this garbage facility.

This place does not do good work. I had two fillings fall out a week after they were done and another tooth break that they filled less than a year ago. They “cleaned” my teeth and shoved a gloved finger in my mouth to do the “fluoride treatment”. They did this so they could get my insurance money but left my teeth so messed up. If you have any other option, don’t go here.

I've been going to Westside Smile for years. I have always been very happy with their work & cleanliness of their clinic. Very friendly , very competent.

Update: I visited this location and their business is permanently closed. Do not come here. _____ They never answer their phone or return voicemails even though it states they’re open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
