James was excellent. I had a specific request and he was knowledgeable about what my specific needs were. Asked right questions to better understand how I got to where I am medically. I look forward to continuing my health care management with James.

First time appointment went well. James is very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say about how I manage my healthcare. Looking forward to next visit when my recent bloodwork and medical history with my previous primary care physician has been looked at.

Wonderful appointment with James today. For the first time in 30 years, someone questioned why I was on certain medications!!! He asked me questions that other doctors just glanced over. So glad my son and his partner recommended I get my first appointment here at Westside Family Medicine.

After struggling for a while to find a doctor in the area that had availability, I found NP James Lauren and was able to book an appt within a few days and he is helping me deal with some recent issues and everyone there is great
