WellNow Urgent Care

I had an issue on Saturday 1/31 and I had to go to urgent care. Wellnow was the closest. I am so grateful to the staff both clinical and non-clinical. They couldn't have been nicer and very efficient as well. The nurse practitioner, Ryan, Showed concern and explained everything that he thought was going on. I was referred to Northern Duchess Hospital for tests. They were fabulous as well. Thank you all for making me feel special. Sue B.

Came in for routine screening and the staff were amazing! Amy Duda NP the provider that saw me was so kind and compassionate. Mayzee PCT (not sure the spelling) was super warm and friendly and Sasha RN did a great job at getting my blood- I can be a difficult stick. As a nurse myself I know many places are not positive experiences and I wanted to say kudos to the staff here! 10/10 would recommend

Have been here for personal and work reasons (physical) and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. Between wait times, insurance issues, etc. this is the best location in the area that I’ve been to. Appointments are always available and easy to make online or on the phone. Cannot speak highly enough about the staff!

The staff here is kind and that’s the best thing about this place. They ran no tests on me and told me to come back if my issue persisted. It does and I can’t get a doctor’s appt for another month. I refuse to waste my time here again and I wish they ran tests when I came in. I sat in a room for almost two hours for them to essentially do nothing for me. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have never been in a medical environment where they make you feel as comfortable as WELL NOW on Rte 9 by Walmart in Hudson. The staff always changing along w Drs also, but every visit everyone was so kind and accurate and caring, the way it's supposed to be!!! Thank you so much for restoring my sound for me😊, what a difference when one felt totally deaf. I have awhole new love and emence respect and sorrow for the so unfortunate community Of anyone having to live their lives without being able to have the use of their hearing. All the nurses and receptionist up front were great😊 Problem solved and hope will stay that way and not be just one new problem area, I have quiet enough to deal with.
