Very happy so far. I just had my first appointment, which was easily scheduled online. I met with Larissa Rutter, and I was very pleased with our interaction, she had a treatment plan for me within minutes. The front staff was very friendly yet professional. Just reading some of the other reviews and noticed the word "efficient" is commonly used, and that is completely accurate. Great experience overall.

The helpful information I gathered from my visit with Dr. K was a super quick diagnosis of the problem as he looked quickly at my arms. I had to slide off my shirt to show the full coverage ( an examination top would have been more comfortable ), a suggestion of 2 lotions ( without an explanation of how they work, a xerox was handed to me the next time he came in a my request), and instructions to come in a month for another look. He then left, and I put my shirt back on and asked the assistant to see him again as I had many questions. I was terrified of my condition. I then told him what my experience of the “simple purpura.” I had deep scarring, flesh wounds that were trying to heal, and an itch that was overwhelming. I tried to explain all this to him. Dr. Fil Kabigting is excellent. However, 4 stars due to the receptionist was chewing gum with her mouth open the whole time talking to me, setting up the appointment. It was a bit of a turn off, even though she was nice. I would highly recommend someone talk to her about it.

This is a fabulously run medical practice. I routinely enjoy how swiftly I end up in an appointment, Dr. Charles is an inspiring physician, etc. One annoyance… please adjust the auto text frequency surrounding an appointment. I confirmed my appointment in advance. That means I’m showing up. Receiving endless text reminders ( 3 on the day of my appointment) is absurd… and more than a little annoying. Enough already…
