My wife was admitted and had surgery on Feb 3. The care was exceptional, professional, caring and friendly staff. Very happy with the care. From David, RN, Claudia RN, Rebecca,RN in Pre Op. Jorge, RN in Pre Surgical. 3rd floor Paola, RN, Jennifer CNA, Jason, RN, Sam, RN, Xesenia, CNA Korie, Rn Night Hospitalist, Dr. Gianacakes and especially Dr. M. Keller. Unethical, unprofessional and not functioning in line with the “Baptist” name. After an injury I visited the ER here. It had recently opened, and was empty, there was still a wait. The doctor was dismissive and non chalant. Did not do any tests- X-rays, anything outside of asking what happened. He prescribed pain/relaxers, and rushed me out. I thought nothing of it since I could follow up with my PCP, and thought my insurance would cover the visit. Insurance covered the visit, and I later got representation to cover the medical costs for all of my care associated with the injury. When contacted by the lawyer, instead of presenting the records to show that the visit was covered by Tricare, they inflated the service, negotiated a new 3400 bill and sent Tricare their payment back and demande

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! Brought my daughter here hoping she'd get some kind of help from uncontrolled vomiting for almost 3 days. We were sadly mistaken!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR DON'T MIND WAITING 4+ HOURS!! We sat in the waiting room and we heard the other horror stories from others already waiting there for almost 5+hours. One man was experiencing chest pain and was told he could either "wait them out"or go to another hospital because they were"full". What kind of hospital treats their patient's like this. The pregnant woman waiting is going to be lucky if she doesn't give birth in the waiting area. Others just left because of their treatment from the front triage staff. Half of the patients in the waiting area were left to sit there with IV needles in their arms hoping and pra
