The waiting room is so inviting with its beautiful holiday decorations and tidy vibe! The staff were incredibly friendly, and my 14-year-old, who was a little nervous about the dental visit, felt much more relaxed. Dr. Martinez was super kind and shared lots of different treatment ideas and options with us. She took plenty of time to evaluate everything and explain it thoroughly. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions, thoroughly explains insurance coverage, and makes sure you understand exactly what your bill will be. It’s such a relief to work with someone so knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Royal-Priest is hands-down the sweetest dentist I’ve ever had. I’m difficult to numb and typically need extra anesthetic, but she’s incredibly patient and takes the time to ensure I’m completely numb before starting any work. Dr. Royal and her assistant Marvin were great, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. The receptionist, Jerrika, was very pleasant and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend this dentist office to my family and friends for excellent care always.
