Westlake Pediatric Dentistry

We took our son to this dentist for the first time this morning, and they did a great job! The staff was super friendly and patient with my son, making him feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We are definitely going to be back in six months for his next checkup. As a family new to Austin, we've been searching for a good kids dentist, and we're so happy we found this practice. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd visit. I appreciate the atmosphere and the open concept. It’s very helpful especially if you have multiple kids. Norma made things playful and was patient with my autistic son. She adjusted herself multiple times and paused when he needed it. He didn’t cry nor was he uncomfortable, the pause was out of excitement. Christen helped my daughter, she made it fun and walked her through the process on what to expect. She told her to raise her hand if she needed anything and praised her for following instructions. They left with their prize and a smile. The reception girls are attentive, caring, polite, and respectful which is refreshing. Although I moved, I still kept them for these reasons, considering it’s only 1 visit every 6 months. They are worth it, I’m glad I chose them.

My kids go here for pediatric and ortho needs. We’re new to the area and was impressed with how quickly we got in. Appointments have always been on time. Kids like the waiting area too. My son has had a great experience with getting braces with the fantastic ortho team. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean facility, African safari theme, Dr Sam, the nurses and staff are super friendly, will definitely return!

Our two sons (12 and 10) both go here, and we’ve had a fantastic experience every time. The dentists and staff have a great bedside manner; calm, patient, and really good at explaining what’s going on so the kids aren’t nervous. The office has engaging movies and games, including movies on the ceiling, which really help distract them from any discomfort during cleanings or procedures. We’re very happy with their care and would highly recommend this Westlake pediatric dentistry to other families.
