To be succinct, the office runs like Rolex watch. Everything is done efficiently and each step is explained thoroughly. Dr. Westfall is an excellent surgeon and his staff is knowledgeable, friendly , and courteous to a fault. What more can I say !

I'm incredibly grateful for this facility and practice. After visiting Urgent Care for a very painful corneal abrasion, I went to Westfall. Since I had never experienced eye complications before, I didn't have a preferred ophthalmologist. The pain was severe, and I can't imagine how much worse it would have become if I hadn't sought help. Dr. Paul applied a contact bandage, which has truly been a lifesaver. Although I still have a lot of healing ahead, I can now close my eye without excruciating pain, which is a significant victory in itself. Every staff member I encountered, including reception, medical technicians, and Dr. Kamal, was warm, genuine, and highly knowledgeable. Thank you for saving my eye!

My son saw Dr. Kamal today. Everyone in the office, from front to back, was so incredibly kind. Dr. Kamal was extremely thorough with her exam and made my shy son feel very comfortable. She took the time to explain everything so we understood our home care instructions, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this office!
