Adirondack Healing at Grounded on Glen St

I recently experienced a Reiki session with crystal and sound healing with June and it was truly transformative. From the moment it began, I felt layers of tension gently melting away. The combination of Reiki energy, crystal vibrations, and the soothing resonance of sound worked together in such a harmonious way. By the end of the session, I wasn’t just deeply relaxed—I felt reenergized, balanced, and renewed. It was as if my whole system had been reset, leaving me with a sense of peace and vitality that stayed with me long after.

It was my first visit, and I tend to be a bit uncomfortable the first time with a practitioner. June and her team made me feel so welcome and at ease - as if I was a regular customer. The space is quiet and calming. If you’ve never tried Reiki/Bars, I highly recommend. Several days later, and I’m still a bit ‘high’ from it ☺️

I received the best massage and reiki I have ever had. Within 5 minutes Emily R. Knew what areas to target and I walked out a whole new person. In fact, I plan on continuing a maintenance regime with her because she is that good! I have had plenty of massages in the past to know the difference and it has been very hard to find the right person and atmosphere. Adirondack Healing is perfect. I highly recommend AH and Emily.

Had a wonderful massage from Bob . They were so accommodating. We are visiting from out of state, we had an appointment booked ant another spa and they canceled!!😞 Adirondack massage was able to fit the four of us in for one hour of bliss at the last minute. To top it off, we had the incorrect address and were 15 minutes late, we had called to let them know. We walked in and were welcomed with warm hand and gentle touch !!! Great end to a girls trip!!! Seriously the best massage I’ve EVER received. And I’ve gotten many massages. Emily used the exact right pressure. It was beyond relaxing and I was sad when my time was up. I wish I lived closer because I would make it a regular part of my life. I will have to take advantage the next time I visit the area.
