WELLNOW Urgent Care is the most Expeditious way in getting you Appmt. booking “Same Day” with very thoroughly Competent & Friendly Staff. No wait times like HHN whom unfortunately has “Unfriendly Staff with waiting times of over 2-1/2 hrs. At any location in Warren County. Lobby has Keurig Coffee waiting & Organic Teas. “A great surprise for kids is Slushy Machine”. I’ll take Courteous, Professional Staff at each Point during Visit. 100% Empathy for Each Patient that is seen, as well as the “Feeling of Home”!

Just went to get some blood work done, very friendly staff everyone I encountered was extremely nice and kind. The lady who did my blood work was an angel, she was so kind and went above and beyond to assure that I was comfortable. I just wanted to say thank you guys for being so kind!!! Thank you for all that you do. It’s not easy work, you guys are saints! I recommend coming to this location over the Queensbury one for sure.

My visit was amazing. When you feel sick and can’t get into your doctors office no one wants to deal with a 3 hour urgent care visit. At WellNow I was able to make an appointment online for a specific time. I walked in they registered me they took me right back to a room , took my vitals saw the Dr and was discharged. I was in and out in 30 min. Would highly recommend!! The staff was very friendly and efficient.

I have used this Wellnow multiple times for my children’s school physicals, as well as, urgent care needs, like strep throat testing, etc. I have always had very quick service and felt the staff has been pleasant. The one time they were busy with other patients they reached out to me before I got there and asked if I would like to go to their other office in Queensbury, that could see me immediately. That extra effort was very much appreciated! I also like knowing there is a set visit fee. No cloudy mystery billing afterwards. This is my preferred place to go for basic medical needs.

This was a terrible and outrageously expensive experience. I was having a collection of severe symptoms that had been happening for some time. I eventually realized that all the symptoms were related to tick borne illness. I let the nurse know all the symptoms, and that I was suspicious of Lyme or tick borne illness. She did not think it was tick borne, she thought it was neurological, and gave me prescriptions for nearly $200 of meds related to muscle issues. But she said she would get tests for Lyme. I called the next day to say I thought I had found a tick rash, and that I would like to get antibiotics, as my symptoms were worsening.
