Health Center on Broad Street Urgent Care

Went here a while back with infected tattoo. They judged me extremely. Went back today with burns on my fingers from work. They immediately refused to see me. Said they don’t do workmen’s comp. Fine whatever. But the woman was extremely rude about it. Didn’t seem empathetic or apologetic as I was almost in tears from pain.

If you get roomed with Lori Killon, PA…run the other way. I went in yesterday needing help with a fairly basic matter and was made to feel like an absolute idiot by this woman. Every single thing she said to me could have come from a place of kindness and it would have been received just fine, but instead, she chose to be blatantly rude, snarky and extremely judgmental. I have NEVER written a bad review but this experience, was hands down, the worst I’ve ever had with a medical professional. I left the office bawling and cried the whole way home. The rest of the staff were kind, especially once they saw how upset I was but wow, it was truly something else. I won’t be going back. Try to be better with your future patients, Lori.

I've been here since around 6:30 with my husband. Its now 8 pm, which is when they close, and we are still in the examination room waiting on my husband's x-ray results. This is very outrageous and un professional of them to not have people out in a timely manner. And even more upsetting that it feels as though we've been forgotten as nurses are outside talking about what they are going to eat for dinner tonight. While we've been completely ignored. If I could give a 0-star review, I would. My husband has major anxiety and is on the verge of a full-blown panic attack due to the stress of waiting.

Professional and kind, great staff, nurses, doctors. Seen very quickly. They're very thorough and always try to figure out what's going on whenever I've gone in with issues. They always do it with kindness and patience. I'm thankful that we have such a great urgent care in Glens Falls.

From the appt setting to blood tests to intake to Dr Back to an Xray and follow up- all were fast, professional and thorough! The physical happened at 9 am and all the rest was done with a follow-up note and referrals from the Dr before noon! Couldn't ask for more!
