I can’t praise this office highly enough! I’ve been seeing Dr. Chivers for years and I’m so pleased with the care I’ve received. She is friendly, professional and very caring; she listens to my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand and that puts me at ease. The office staff are also all very friendly and helpful. I’m so pleased to have this group of eye professionals to rely on for my eye care.

Dr. Jain is fantastic and truly cares about his patients. He is thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure that my glasses were correct. I can't thank him and the whole office staff enough for their patience and dedication.

My husband and I both see Dr. Jain and he is wonderful. SUPER knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. And he color-coordinates his whole outfit, from the scrubs to the glasses to the sneakers!! It just has to be mentioned because it’s awesome. The entire operation here is smooth, clean, and friendly. They really have it figured out! The reason it takes so long to get an appointment is genuinely because they’re just that good here - everyone wants in!

I have a " SERIOUS" prism problem. I needed 3 different pair of glasses. One for reading a book & etc., one for the distance of 3 feet to 10 feet with bifocal, one for infinety with bifocal. In the past I have purchased glasses at different facilities but not happy with glasses. Dr Boyd & Josh are EXCELLENT. I asked them if I could request what I felt would be needed to help and improve my vision. ( in the past experiences with other optometrists was not comfortable with glasses). Dr Boyd & Josh did it right! I can change from the different glasses with NO strange stress felt in my eyes. I have never had that comfort before. You porbraly can't know how many times in a day I change my glasses! They are the best! Thank you all at this office for your service.

I switched insurance companies, and I called them ahead of time to make sure that they would still take my new carrier. I was told that they did and that there was not going to be any problems when I got there. When I arrived, I was told that they do not take my insurance company and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanted to have my appointment that day.
