Western Washington Medical Group at Silver Lake Medical Center​​

I've been coming for fifteen years, i have gone through three different cardiologist in the process. I used to live in Mukilteo. I now live in Lacey Washington. I still make the drive up to Silver Lake for my needs. Why? Because I love my present cardiologist. And I love the service. Well worth the drive.

I have no issues with the doctor but I have found the staff to be non-responsive to telephone calls and requests for help. A very critical prescription was set up incorrectly and all attempts I have made to the staff person have gone unanswered. It is important to my health that this be corrected but it's been 2 weeks since my first call and there has been no response at all. I have made several attempts since with the same result--none!!

I personally haven't really had any issue with wwmg. There was one doctor that I wasn't fond of, but their family medicine and cardiology departments have been great for me. To each his own I guess. I have no real reason to not give 5 stars. All my issues were addressed, and their electrophysiologists are very knowledgeable.

Dr Russian is good but….scheduling is a nightmare and communication is horrible. I’ve been told there is a glitch in their system on multiple occasions. Showed up for a false appointment that was in MyChart and they wouldn’t fit me in after driving 45 min from Seattle. I want compensation for all my wasted time and transport. Office staff has no sympathy for a terrible experience and office manager is on leave. Stay away from this place.

I have had nothing but good experiences going to the Western Washington Medical Group at Silver Lake. I've been a patient there about eight years now and usually show up once or twice a year. My doctor, David Lindstrom, listens well to any concerns I may have and dispenses advice and prescriptions appropriately. The lab is just down the hall at Silver Lake Clinic and the technicians there are wonderful. They are very kind and skillful at drawing blood too. There's usually no wait or it's very brief. They make it a friendly positive experience.
