Both myself and my child are patients of this clinic and we love Dr. Katz and her team. They are patient and caring, explain the processes and what needs to be done and are wonderful every time we visit. 10/10!!! I have recommended them to multiple people.

The staff at Silver Lake/Smokey Point Orthodontics are compassionate, careful, friendly, and fun. Every. Single. One. I have significant anxiety issues when I am in a dental chair. Any time the anxiety gets the best of me, staff is there to reassure— I always feel well cared for.

Great experience thus far. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my braces (not...). They are super high tech too!

Excellent Clinical Team, Disappointing Front Office Communication. I am giving this office 2 stars due to a very frustrating experience with the front office team while trying to schedule an urgent appointment. This is in direct contrast to the dentist, who were incredibly nice and provided excellent clinical care once I was seen. The 3-star rating is based entirely on the scheduling process. I was experiencing significant pain due to my wires and reached out via text for an emergency appointment. The receptionist initially offered a specific after-work time, which I accepted, but was immediately told the slot was no longer available. I was offered earlier times or an appointment the next day. Since those revised times did not fit my schedule, I responded asking if there was any alternativ

Overall great experience throughout the treatment process for my Invisalign treatment, Front office, and back office staff as well as Dr Katz are very personable and professional, and have exceeded my expectations! 10 out 10 would recommend to a friend or stranger ❤️ Thanks to DR K and her staff for ongoing great experience! 🦷
