First time experience with braces for my son. From the consultation to the actual procedure, the docs and staff were very friendly, professional, caring, patient, and informative at every step - with both my son (the patient) and myself (the parent). They made the paperwork and payment process streamlined and transparent. Highly recommend these guys. Wonderful experience, feels like family.

Updated: My daughter graduated and got her braces off today! The Chaison team have been incredible! We will miss seeing them. I stand firm on recommending them to anyone, family or friend. Chaison has done amazing with my 9 year old. Professional, very sweet, kind, hardworking, thorough yet quick with appointments. I would definitely recommend to any family or friends.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chaison Orthodontics. I have been coming to this building for at least two decades from the Timothy Shields era and the transition to Chaison for my Invisalign was really easy. I started my Invisalign the same time my work started mandating an excessive amount of overtime, which made me really tired and inconsistent with my appointments. The staff was patient with my constant reschedules and hardships and although it took way longer than intended (my fault) they still celebrated when I finally completed it. I’m just grateful for a business that didn’t cancel me and helped me complete what I wanted with my challenging schedule.

Chaison has knowledgeable, friendly staff. They are so sweet and good working with chaison. They are flexible with appointments and up front about costs. In addition, they have a really cool chalk wall that changes frequently and they have monthly contests you get to enter (guess the number in the jar, bingo, coloring contest).

My son had great results, I am very happy. The staff is very friendly and kind. The doctor is very sweet and professional.
