First off you have to sign a paper saying you won't sue for malpractice??? What in the world?? Crazy. Then I only asked for consultation to get estimate for a tooth to be capped. They came up with $22,000 estimate. They are flippin nuts!! Then they said i could make a payment plan. Don't believe them. You are automatically not approved. Unbelievable. This was last week. All of a sudden I received an email saying i have an appointment scheduled in August?? I Never made that schedule. I called and told them I never made appointment, dont want anything to do with them, take me off call list and I hope I dont get billed for an appointment I never made. She hung up on me. my son got a crown done he's only 12 years old so insurance covers they tried to say that mercy care didn't cover and it was there mistake . because they filed to mercy care the incorrect code . then they fixed it because I called and had them fix it . crown was done and it only lasted 4 months before it broke again. took him back and they said they needed to order he's crown. so they placed a temporery crown and it fell off when we walked out . went back they put it back on and when we got home fell off again made a new appointment for the temp crown and mind you this all happend on October and so we went back they placed a temp on him that lasted a day I called they said that happens nothing they can do a bout it. that they would call me when his crown arrives , they never called I h

Was nervous to schedule due to past dentist issues but the front staff were very kind. I asked if they took my insurance and they said yes, scheduled me for the next week on Friday (10-17-25) at 3:30PM. Online it says they close at 6PM. I try to come in early (3:17PM) and the doors are locked. I waited until 4:15PM and no one showed up. Why give me a day and time that doesn't work with the dentists schedule and/or just doesn't exist?? I will not be back and I will be telling others to avoid this place. They do not care about your time. Small edit: 2 stars because of the kind receptionist, thats all I could see of the place

Receptionist Jackie (so she said that was her name) didn’t take us in because they only see adults. When I called to book an appointment they asked for son’s date of birth (clearly a child). When I mentioned that, they blamed it on corporate. But they had called me in the morning to change my appointment time from that office (not corporate) asked me for his date of birth again and never said anything about his age. I asked to speak to the manager and she was the manager. They also had this outside this office. I drove from far just for that. So incompetent …

The customer service at this place was extremely disappointing. They frequently canceled last minute and tried to claim that a text message had been sent, placing the blame on us. I would not recommend this location to others. It also seemed that the front desk person, whose name is Jackie, contributed significantly to the poor experience.
