So I made my appt, showed up on time 11am... And it's 12:30 pm. No dentist, no numbing, no hello and how are you, no nothing. Yes, they'll do the work, but make sure you have all the time to waste on them walking around.

I have honestly had the worst experience here. I had an appointment yesterday that was at 11 o’clock. I was not seen or in the chair until 211 treatment was not finished until 430 almost 5. I understand that there is a wait time but the lack of communication was very unprofessional. The staff in the front office showed little care and had very bad attitudes, especially when you asked them a question as if they weren’t there to do their job. The lack of professionalism, communication, and patient prioritization falls below the standards of the dental board of California for safe and competent care. It was definitely negligence and substandard care on their end and I will be handling this further.

My sister had an appointment at 10:30 to get her wisdom teeth removed. Its 2:07 and they still haven't even taken her back there yet. If you don't want to waste your time don' t come here.

The office on Hemlock is absolutely ridiculous. The team that works in the front office knows nothing about scheduling. Ive asked for a simple tooth to be pulled . The more I ask the more im told well no one knows when the orthodontist will be coming in. This is sad how they have know knowledge. Its time to look elsewhere id advise. This office needs to train the receptionist better. Knowledge lacks there.

I normally don't write review but this is the 2nd time we have a bad experience with one of the assistance. I've been taking both of my parents here and didn't have anything to complain, so far the front desk girls, the dentists and also most of the assistants were very nice. My problem was with the older small lady, first time, my mom came to an appointment unaware that the procedure wasnt cover by insurance, we asked why and if her filling is covered because if it is cover, we will do it the same day. She went and check, came back explaining to us and also cancel the appointment w.o letting us know if her filling is covered. At our second appointment, the dentist couldn't open the chart, so they didn't know exactly where my mom's temporary crown is. We said it was in the bottom left, but
