Smiles West Dental & Orthodontics - Moreno Valley

I recently went in for a deep cleaning and cavity filling. I want to acknowledge Alyssa at the front desk for her friendly greeting upon my arrival and for answering all my questions. At some point the office became very busy and she managed to support myself as well as all the others. I also want to highlight Ashley’s great service. She was very attentive and helpful throughout all my procedures. I wish I could thank everyone by name that was very helpful to me during my visit but did not catch everyone’s name. Nonetheless, I want to thank the office as a whole for making my visit a delightful experience.

This place is amazing! I’ve had to go through a few dental offices recently (bad experiences) and this was by far the best one. Appointments aren’t difficult to get, and the staff is so nice! The receptionists, the dentist, even the manager. They’ve definitely gained my business

The staff are great, including the dental assistant Lupe. The front desk girls have always been able to assist me in getting in for an appointment. The dental hygienist due a thorough job, and don’t feel rushed, definitely will continue coming here for my dental services.

Lupe is an amazing dental assistant! She’s always kind, professional, and made my visit feel comfortable and smooth. Her attention to detail and care for patients is great.

Been coming here for over two years. Staff is very friendly and engaging through the process. My favorite is watching either cooking or puppy shows while being seen. Technician Ashley is extremely friendly.
