The most unprofessional, ridiculously awful dentist’s office in the entire region. We had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm. It is now 3:30pm as I write this review and WE WERE STILL NOT SEEN. I have never had to wait 2.5 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. The receptionists are awful and disorganized. When I asked the front desk where we were in the queue she had no idea and said she didn’t know how the x-ray technician picked patients to service. SO THEY ARE NOT GOING IN ORDER?! So is the technician able to pick patients however they want? The order they were calling patients in was unfair and I note that they made the Latino and Black patients wait to be the last served and they took clients of other races who had arrived later first. We waited over 2.5 hours to learn that they didn’t

Been to this place about 3 times, I waited more than an hour all 3 times. One time I waited for an hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me “were only doing xrays today, our doctor had to go home early.” Literally when I had 10/10 pain. Another time I waited an hour and 10 mins for them to do tell me my treatment plan and then to tell me “you have to come back later on in the day for your cleaning because our dental hygienist is backed up” like what?? This place is unprofessional, understaffed and they do not value your time. I would give this place a 0 rating if I could.

This place is garbage. I have 3+ years here when my term was only suppose to be 2. The doctor here is awful he refused to work on me simply because I didn’t have my rubber bands on. My appointments are always getting canceled by them simply because they are behind on schedule. Everytime I come in for my appointment I spend so much time waiting to be attended. Once the doctor and I agreed it’s time to get my braces removed they simply never got back to me. I have 5+ months simply waiting and calling for an appointment. I don’t and won’t ever recommend this orthodontist office to any one.

I am so happy I came here with my son, Michelle Zamora really helped us out and made the process painless, and free of judgment since my credit is not the best right now she is so understanding of her clients. Im just so relieved my son is finally getting the help he needed!
