Ceres Eye Care

I have been going to Ceres eye care for more than 10 years. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy. The atmosphere is very calm. The office is clean and the staff is very caring and supportive. They listen to your needs and try to help in any way possible. The optometrists are knowledgeable with a lot of equipment at their disposal to help the client get exactly what they need. The frame department representatives were responsive to my request without any pressure to buy. The overall tone for the office is to make the customer happy.

It was a good experience with your office. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The young lady that took as back who test our eyes on your machine, then she took us into the examining room she was friendly and very helpful. The doctor was friendly and thorough on examining our vision. On Checking the staff was friendly explaining to us the cost out pocket was going to be, and the portion the insurance was going to cover. Thank you to all of your staff.

My experience has always been excellent. This office has such great customer service, they are quick and efficient and at the same time they stay professional. I even recommended my sister to go here. My sister even thanked me for recommending her. All the workers at this office are amazing. Keep up the great customer service. Many continued Blessings.

My first experience in needing glasses, was fulfilled with excellence. Great Dr, and staff. Very nice place, great choice in comfortable furniture as well. Hats off to Ceres eye care! I can see clearly now!
