Gill Pharmacy

I went to pick up my sister’s medicine and ended up waiting 20 minutes at the counter with no one attending to me. All I could hear was staff celebrating someone’s birthday during working hours while customers were left waiting. After that, a staff member finally came, but it took another 20 minutes just to prepare the medicine. I don’t have the time to spend almost an hour collecting a prescription. If this is the level of service, I honestly don’t see the difference between going to a big chain pharmacy and coming here. Very disappointing 👎🏻

I’ve been with this pharmacy since 2018. When I had surgery and needed all my medicine BEFORE going in I had gone to CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Walmart and none of them would have one of my prescriptions ready. Found this pharmacy and within 15 minutes everything was filled. I’ve stuck with them ever since. Now they handle mine and my son’s prescriptions. The staff is very welcoming. Being recognized by them is lovely as well. If I ever leave the area I’ll be sad leaving this pharmacy behind. Truly the best service for Ceres residents.
