Modern Urgent Care

I recently visited Modern Urgent Care and I was thoroughly impressed. The clinic was spotless and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long to see a healthcare provider. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I felt like they genuinely cared about my well-being. Overall, I had a great experience at Modern Urgent Care and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere new to go !

I went to the Stockton location. First time going to this urgent care and the staff on duty were professional and proficient. Building was clean and I was in and out within 30 mins. I was lucky to be the only patient there at 11am. They give the option of talking to the doctor on the phone or video chat in the office. I chose video chat since it’s nice to put a face to your doctor. Not everyone’s experience will be the same but I give 5 stars because the staff was polite. Makes a big difference in customer care service.

This was my 1st time here. I live in Ceres but my dr is in Modesto. I felt sick and wanted a brief drive. I made an online appt and was seen promptly with professionalism. Very clean, nice building. I was happy with the entire experience. Only suggestion is to put a hook or table by the scale to hold purses.

Scheduled an appointment for 10:20am. I was greeted by the front desk, checked in quickly and took care of my payment prior to the appointment. I was taken back shortly after, and didn’t wait too long for the doctor. He listened to my concerns and I was able to get the medications I needed. My work note was ready at the front desk as I walked out. Super quick and easy experience. Highly recommend, but definitely schedule an appointment because they do get busy!

I’ve never gone to urgent care, so I didn’t know what to expect, but this team’s bedside manner was phenomenal. They genuinely listened, and no one made me feel like I was overreacting. I’m extremely grateful.
