The worst experience ever! I went in yesterday to the ER for a possible stroke. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting area and then when they finally took me in I waited hours before a doctor or nurse came over to check on me. I was on the hallway of the ER between pediatrics and adults without anyone coming to at least tell me how long I had to wait. Every time I asked I was told that they didn’t know because of all the trauma patients and that they had priority over me. Finally a doctor came to check and speak to me. He ordered test and medicine but it was another 2-3 hours before I got blood work ordered. All night without water or anything to eat or the IV. I didn’t know who my nurse was. I had my ekg done without any results. The took me for a cat scan only to find out that they had fo

Mixed emotions about this place. Doctors are good, but trying to get in touch with anyone - even to get an appointment - is impossible. All calls now go to a call center in some other country, so it takes hours if not days to talk with someone that can actually help, and if they call while you're not available, you have to start all over again. Totally frustrating. I had shoulder surgery about 6 weeks ago and had a very bad reaction to the medication the following day. It took 5 hours of leaving messages and playing phone tag to actually talk with someone... and it wasn't even the doctor. It was the nurse. She had to relay messages to the doctor, who then relayed them back to me. Again, totally frustrating. I miss the old days when you could call your doctor's office and speak wit

If I could give zero I would. The office staff was extremely rude and short. They told me they would call me back and I followed up no one called. They kept insisting that they called me but they didn’t. Anyway it was an emergency and urgent it needed to happen within a few day. They told me to find someone else.

The lady who answered the phone sounded very irritated and was very rude and unhelpful. If they can't even get basic customer service right then who knows how they treat you in person. I'd look somewhere else.

Extreme wait times. Expect to wait 2 Plus hours in there uncomfortable waiting room.
