After asking for optometry recommendations on Next Door, the majority of recommendations were for Dr. Kaknis. After my office visit, I completely understand why. He was very warm, attentive and thorough. Gave me a peace of mind, when my former optometry office just saw me as a number. I would highly recommend Dr.Kaknis to anyone!

Always have a good experience with Dr. Kaknis. He explains everything well and really cares about his patients. I've been seeing him for years and he is always personable and knows what he's doing.

Dr. Kaknis was able to see me for an emergency on a Saturday after I scraped my cornea. He is very thorough in his care and has a great chairside manner. I’m glad I found Dr Kaknis and will continue using him for my optometry needs.

He thoroughly explained things, didn't rush through any steps of the process, and kindly answered all my questions. I had an emergency situation where a reed from reed diffuser got stuck in my the corner of my eye. He made a special emergency trip in to see me that evening after his business hours. He performed such an amazing thorough exam. I felt like I was in the best possible hands. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. so many Doctors have lost their "bedside manor" , but not Dr George. He was comforting and kind and just simply awesome. I can not recommend this Doctor and his receptionist highly enough.
