As always, the people who you engage with are top notch! I needed to fine tune my hearing aid and with my detailed description of what I wanted corrected, Stephanie knew exactly what to do. If you can precisely tell the people what is not right, they have the experience to correct it and make it right. I also got some packs of the “new” childproof hearing aid batteries. These are now almost impossible to open without the sharpest of heavy duty scissors. The packaging plastic is so thick and inflexible, I would recommend gloves of some kind to protect your hands. If you have Arthritis you are in trouble. But don’t take my word for it, get yourself a pack of these new batteries. Try getting them open.
