County Dental at Fishkill

Valerie at the front desk was so helpful with scheduling me as a new patient. My hygienist Michelle was incredible! Thorough, thoughtful, gentle and very professional. Dr. Hashim also made me feel very comfortable, I’m excited to continue seeing them both. County Dental created a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Every time I go for a Cleaning I feel high pressure sales tactics to buy additional nonsense products. They are always doing something new that I didn’t have previously such as gum retention which was new and another service. Of course I have gum retention I’m 62 and it happens as you get older it’s nothing abnormal about it or dangerous just another bogus service to make money. Also the dentist has a dismissive attitude who you can tell is trying his hardest to be nice, but can’t really pull it off. I’m currently seeking a new dentist.

For both appointments, I was called in exactly at the time of my appointments which I liked immensely! Both the hygienist yesterday, and Dr Patel today were thorough and explained procedures and most of all were gentle (which I liked immensely). The hygienist also made some good suggestions for maintaining better oral hygiene. Thank you both!

The dental hygienists are great. The dentists are fine. The front desk staff are ALWAYS rude. If you hate your job so much, find another. Reply to your response: yes I’m a patient of the office. I’d rather be kept anonymous because of fear of retaliation.
