I have been a patient at West Valley Medical Center for four years and highly recommend them. The staff has been consistently helpful and supportive as well as pleasant to work with. Recently my provider not only prescribed the best medication for my condition even though it is not a Medicare covered medication but she also helped me get an excellent price for the out of pocket cost. I have had a lot of different medical providers throughout my years, note the Medicare reference, and West Valley is truly the best I have ever had.

Everyone was so nice. Doctor Norberg is the absolute best! I also appreciate so very much, that I have never felt "rushed through the appointment " . The sincere care is very evident.

Dr. Heather Norburg is my new doctor and she is amazing, professional, and knowledgeable. She will get you the medication you need to help you feel better. I have recommended her to my husband and he has asked her to be his provider as well. We are very grateful that she has accepted.

I recently went to West Valley Medical Ctr. for my annual visit. My visit was with a new provider, my wait was no longer at all with staff being both polite and efficient. The new provider was very attentive, listening to me about my health issues as it coincided with my labs. Very pleasant 1st visit, I was comfortable with my new provider.

I have been seeing Dr Bitters for 9 years, and my daughter has for 8 years since she was born. We love her, I also love that I don't need a separate obstetrician because she does it all. She's easy to talk to and it's always a pleasant experience. The front office ladies are always super sweet as well as the nurses.
